Own talent pipeline for Practice and Engineering: sourcing, screening, and process quality—high signal, low noise.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for key roles.
- Run a structured pipeline with clean notes and rubrics.
- Partner with hiring leads to keep interviews calibrated.
